Physical Products — Returns and Refunds We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. 30-Day Return Policy Djed Institute of Learning accepts returns of eligible physical products, including the Djedi Arithmetic Workbook, within 30 calendar days of delivery. Service Agreements Professional services may require a separate written agreement specifying the scope of work, fees, scheduling requirements, cancellation procedures, payment terms, and deliverables. Where a separate agreement applies, its terms govern the services covered by that agreement, subject to applicable law. Cancellations and Refunds Refund eligibility for professional services depends on the applicable service agreement, the services already performed, and any relevant legal requirements. Customers should review their service agreement before making payment. Professional Recommendations Educational and behavioral consultation services are intended to support informed decision-making. Specific academic, behavioral, eligibility, placement, or other outcomes cannot be guaranteed. 6. School Enrollment and Educational Programs Djed Institute of Learning may offer private educational programs, school enrollment, and related instructional services. Enrollment Agreements School enrollment, tuition, course participation, attendance, withdrawal, and academic record policies are governed by the applicable enrollment documents and program agreements. Withdrawal and Course Changes Families wishing to withdraw from a school program or discontinue a course should contact Djed Institute of Learning for instructions. Any applicable withdrawal deadlines, tuition adjustments, refunds, and outstanding balances will be determined under the family’s enrollment agreement and applicable law.
