A Partnership

Djed Institute partners with families and community members to provide educational services and supports to each of our learners. Tuition and fees cover enrollment in an online private school, access to educational specialists, course materials, personal Learning Management System, mental strengths specialists, diagnostic assessments, learner support services, administrative service, educational support services, and maintenance of student academic records. Full-time learners also receive lectures from guest speakers, school events, and socialization experiences.

What if we need to withdraw from school?

Full-time learners that no longer with to attend any classes at the Djed Institute of Learning may submit a withdrawal request. Contact us to submit the withdrawal request.

* If the withdrawal request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the first course start date in the enrollment, Djed Institute will retain 20% of the total tuition and any applicable fees. The actual amount of money retained upon withdrawal is dependent upon the initial down payment that was made at the time of enrollment.

* If a withdrawal request is submitted 31 calendar days or more after the first course start date in the enrollment, no refund/credit is available, and any balance owed remains due immediately.

What if we need to drop a course?

A learner has 30 calendar days from a course’s start date to drop the course. Within this timeframe the course will be removed from the student’s academic record. After this date and until the course’s end date, the course may be dropped and a ‘W’ (for Withdraw) will be listed as the course’s final grade on the student’s academic record. If a course’s end date has passed, the student may not drop the course and the course will be considered Incomplete.

What is the cost of dropping a course?

If a learner drops a course between 1 and 30 days from the earliest course start date in the enrollment, 80% of the tuition cost is refundable and will be applied to any remaining balance due. If the student requests to drop the course 31 days or more after the start date, no refund/credit is available, and any balance owed remains due.
